We have developed a web based tool for reporting operational upsets, and then using the data to track failure trends. This is invaluable information for ensuring that resources are focusing on the most beneficial issues, and also ensuring that critical learning is shared around the organisation.
This web tool has been designed to be easy to use.
Safety1 Online Tool
Similar to our ePUR tool, we have also introduced an HSE Tracker. This is designed for those organisations that are implementing a Behaviour Based Safety porgram and want to be able to track the HSE issues that are beign raised. This enables easy tracking of issues and ensures that the relevant actions are taken to prevent any further incidents.
Forum
We can also offer a 'plug and play' Forum for your teams as we implement your OPL Program. These forums typically involve Operations / Maintenance / HSE but can also be tailored to your needs.
In addition as a client, you will have access to our OPL Forum which runs across many organiations and therefore creates a superb amount of shared learning for your teams to benefit from.
