Coaching and Leadership 

Being able to help our clients develop a high quality internal team that will own and drive the change effort is key to the OPL approach.

In addition to the informal coaching that our team will provide during the early stages of the program, we can also offer a range of more formal Coaching Workshops that are designed to develop the skills required to drive and support an effective culture change.

We now offer HSE coaching which is aimed more specifically at those members of your team involved in developing your HSE culture.

In many cases where an organization embarks on changing their culture there will be the need to review and enhance the skills of supervisors, first line managers and others that are actively involved in frontline operations. Our experienced coaches will work with you to ensure that these valuable team members have the skills that they need to successfully lead the change process.
