Masters
The highest level in the OPL Academy is open only to those individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the OPL approach. Our aim is for the Masters to be able to drive and deliver the strategy that will support your business into the future.
The award of Master will only be given to a small number of individuals each year in recognition of high levels of achievement within the OPL program.
Masters will fulfil several key roles:
- Design and delivery of overall strategy.
- Support and guidance of the Champions.
- The vital link with Senior Management.
- Monitoring of the business benefit of the program..
Masters will have access to OPL consultants for virtual coaching and mentoring.
Exclusive events will bring together Masters from a variety of disciplines and organisations, allowing them to share their knowledge and learn from each other.
