The success of the OPL program depends on our ability to engage your frontline staff and persuade them of the benefits of change. Once they are 'on board', the challenge is to maintain the momentum. The OPL Academy enables us to identify and nurture those individuals within your organisation whose ability to lead and influence will ensure long lasting and far reaching benefits. We have developed a clear structure with three levels:
- Pioneers - this introductory level is suitable for everybody within your organisation.. This level is the foundation for everything that follows. Its purpose is to persuade your staff that small changes can make a big difference and to invest them with the desire and enthusiasm to take ownership of those changes.
- Champions - OPL will identify leaders and influencers from amongst your pioneers and encourage them to volunteer to become the figureheads and supporters of the program. Your Champions will then take on the responsibility for training more Pioneers.
- Masters - the highest level is open only to those individuals who have demonstrated consistent, high quality commitment to the development of the OPL Program.
