This introductory 4 hour workshop is delivered onsite. It introduces a small team of 6 to 8 people to the principles of Operations Excellence.
- The aim is to develop a real enthusiasm and 'can do' attitude within these small groups which they spread to their workmates. The sustainable progress of this unique approach stems from subtle but effective changes in attitude and behaviour...
- The workshop structure has been designed to allow sessions to be run within your normal operational constraints
- As OPL works with your organisation, through time these sessions will be delivered by your own Champions.
